
Be desperate when looking for a new job!
When you start a new project, whether it’s finding a job, increasing sales or implementing a change in your team, you should take into account an option that’s not so popular: act as if you were desperate from the beginning of your project. You may say “What’s that supposed to mean?” For a better understanding of this strategy, I propose as an example the process of finding the right job. I have described the process in three phases, but depending on each person there can be more.
